The sprinkler bulb of Weeson Tech has obtained the China Compulsory Certification (CCC certification) recently and became the first domestic company to obtain CCC certification for sprinkler bulbs.

Chengdu Weeson Tech Co., Ltd (Chengdu Weegiant Tech Co., Ltd), formerly known as Chengdu Glass Research Institute, is a national high-tech enterprise founded in 1975. What is CCC certification?

The China Compulsory Certificate mark, commonly known as a CCC Mark, is a compulsory safety mark for many products imported, sold or used in the Chinese market. CCC certification is a product assessment system implemented by the Chinese government in accordance with laws and regulations to protect consumers' personal safety and national security, and strengthen product quality management.

On February 10, 2014, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ), The Ministry of Public Security, and the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) issued a joint announcement to implement compulsory product certification for 59 kinds of fire products, including the heat responsive elements of fire sprinklers

The announcement was implemented on September 1, 2015. Any fire products without the CCC certification or CCC mark shall not be shipped, sold, imported or used in other business activities.
