Return Policies for CO₂ Laser Tubes

CO2 laser tubes purchased from our company can be returned and exchanged within the warranty period in according with Quality Assurance Policy of CO2 Laser Tubes.

  1. CO2 laser tubes that are not produced by our company, have exceeded the warranty period, or fail to meet the quality assurance requirements, shall not be returned or exchanged by our company.
  2. The CO2 laser tubes that are not purchased directly from our company shall not be returned or exchanged by our company directly when they have quality problems. Users shall apply the return request to the laser machine manufacturers or distributors from whom they bought the laser tubes. The manufacturers or distributors will then apply the request to our company. Our company will accept the return or exchange of CO2 laser tubes that meets the quality assurance requirements, and the new CO2 laser tubes will be shipped to the manufacturers or distributors.
  3. If the identity information (label) of a CO2 laser tube is torn or altered, the warranty of the CO2 laser tube is invalid.
  4. When a CO2 laser tube has quality problems, the user can contact the after-sales service department of our company to apply a return request. The return request shall include: pictures or videos showing the label, certification, tube number and date of production of the CO2 laser tube; pictures or videos and texts (optional) describing the malfunctions of the CO2 laser tube, including equipment information, operating condition, malfunction details, operating environment and other necessary information; pictures or videos of the entire CO2 laser tube.
  5. If the quality problem of a CO2 laser tube can be confirmed through pictures, videos and texts by our after-sales service department, the user shall break the tube and take off both ends of the tube, and send them back to our company within 7 working days after confirmation. Our company will process the return request return after receiving the returned parts. The breaking process of the laser tube shall comply with Instructions for Smashing CO2 Laser Tubes.
  6. If the quality problem of a CO2 laser tube cannot be confirmed through pictures, videos and texts, users shall return the entire CO2 laser tube to our company for confirmation. Our company will accept the return request if the tube meets the quality assurance requirements.
  7. Users shall afford all the shipment expense for the returned CO2 laser tubes and tube sparts, and our company shall afford the shipping costs for the replaced CO2 laser tubes.
  8. For the laser tubes that are to be returned, users shall pack them in the original packaging to prevent potential damages. Users shall be responsible for any damage of returned laser tubes caused by unqualified packaging during shipment.
  9. If the CO2 laser tubes are damaged during the shipment of replacing (from our company to customers), please report to our company's after-sales service department within 5 working days after receiving the products.
